Why Participate?
The Pioneers Podium offers a unique platform for organisations to present pioneering products, technologies, or methodologies that promise to redefine the future of decontamination. This is your opportunity to engage directly with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and NHS stakeholders, demonstrating the strategic value and real-world impact of your innovation.
Format and Expectations
Inspired by the dynamic “Dragon’s Den” approach, four selected companies will each deliver an 8-minute pitch to our expert Podium Panel and an audience of influential delegates. You are encouraged to utilise any presentation style that best highlights your solution—whether through live demonstrations, product samples, or compelling digital content. Please ensure any IT-based presentations are submitted to our AV team via our Events partner at least one week prior to the event.
Following your pitch, the Podium Panel will conduct a focused 6-minute Q&A session, challenging you to articulate the benefits, scalability, and NHS relevance of your offering. This interactive dialogue is designed to help both the panel and delegates assess the strategic potential of your innovation.
Strategic Investment and Recognition
After all presentations, delegates will cast proportional votes to indicate where they would invest their resources. The company receiving the highest level of “investment” will be honoured with a commemorative trophy, recognising their leadership and vision in advancing decontamination practices.

The sponsorship fee is £750 which includes ‘Day delegate’ entrance to the conference for up to two presenters, refreshments and lunch on the day.
