Specialist editor for the Journal of Hospital Infection. A lead and co-author on multiple peer reviewed publications on topics ranging from dental decontamination, endoscope reprocessing, vCJD risk reduction and cleaning of neurosurgical instruments. One of the few specialists with a dental and clinical microbiology background to have survived and past the IHEEM Advanced Course in Sterilisation Technology (ACIST).
