shoutout image

The CSC Committee would like to offer our corporate members the opportunity to advertise in the printed programme of the Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 being held on 20th and 21st April.

Here’s a reminder of the requirements to qualify:

  1. Adverts are open to industry members, to promote technical innovations / developments currently available.
  2. Adverts to be one full page landscape ad of the A5 publication for each sponsor.
  3. Four Adverts to be included in the ASM 2026 event publication, given to delegates upon registration.
  4. The fee of an advert will be £450 and each donation must be paid via bank transfer by 20th March 2026. The donation will be used to aid the running of the event, provide historical recording capability and maintain lower costs for the personal members, many of whom are NHS employees.
  5. Choice of advert is on a first come first serve basis and we request your submission by Monday 9th March
  6. Companies are restricted to one advert for the event and must not replicate such an advert at any future event. Fresh information on upgrades, new development or new innovations are welcomed.
  7. CSC will request technical information, logo, photos and a description with a maximum of three paragraphs to explain the innovation. Inclusion of a QR code to divert to a relevant web page is encouraged.
