As you may already be aware the CSC is scheduled to hold its Annual Scientific Meeting on the 14th and 15th April 2025 at The Crowne Plaza in Chester. If you haven’t seen the provisional programme yet click on the link.
We are unique in that we do not hold an exhibition as we feel this detracts from our core focus of sharing educational and informative content that everyone can benefit from.
However, we recognise that our corporate members will have new developments, innovations and case studies relevant to the broad theme of decontamination in healthcare and may like to share this work with the audience. As part of corporate members benefits, applications are prioritised over any non-member submissions.
We have four presentation slots across the two day conference open for a sponsorship fee of £900.
This fee includes complimentary day delegate passes to the conference for two representatives, the refreshments and lunch associated with the day, plus the speaker can attend the Monday evening event with no additional charge. We have decided not to include hotel rooms in our conference prices this year and instead have negotiated a discount code with the hotel if you wish to book a room directly.
The club is a non-profit organisation therefore all proceeds go towards covering the costs of organising the event and running the club.

Applications need to be with us no later than Wednesday 19th February, after which the committee will evaluate the submissions and notify the successful parties.
