Traceability is increasingly important for quality assurance and compliance. The AEPS 10G records key information about each cycle, including the user, the endoscope, the cycle selected and the leak test process. The system can support data access through USB export, an integrated printer option or cloud-based reporting.

For managers, cloud access can provide visibility across one or multiple sites, allowing teams to review activity, monitor compliance and analyse trends. This can be particularly useful when demonstrating workload increases, reviewing performance over time or supporting conversations around resource planning.

Leak testing remains one of the most important safeguards in endoscope reprocessing. The AEPS 10G is designed to carry out wet or dry leak testing and alert users where a leak is detected. If a scope fails the leak test, the system stops further processing, helping to protect equipment and prevent avoidable damage.

Automation also reduces the need for repetitive manual syringe flushing, helping to ease physical strain on staff. Preset detergent dosing supports consistent chemical use, while visual and audible prompts guide users through the process step by step.
