“Change,” as the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus wisely observed, “is the only constant in life.” In a world that seems to move faster with each passing year, the challenge of keeping pace can feel overwhelming. Yet, rather than resist change, we are invited to embrace it. The theme of this year’s study day reflects this journey: change can be unsettling and even uncomfortable, but it also holds the potential for transformation—emerging not as something to fear, but as something beautiful, like a butterfly from its chrysalis. Today, we explore how our approach to change can shape not only our personal growth but also the way we lead and support our teams through transition. Let this be a day of reflection, inspiration, and shared learning as we navigate the path of change together.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
